So guys, been out of the loop with FBtW. What's caused the latest group of negative comments? Or has this just come out of nowhere this time?

Yep! I thought the same thing. I feel the planet FBtW takes place on could be one outside of the Galaxias and has yet to be uplifted.
However, from what we've seen, only one species evolves enough to be anthro and the dominant species of a planet. So maybe the planet FBtW takes place on could be a unique aspect of the universe where multiple species evolve to such a stage as we have heard in this VN.
